Franglais - French with the distinct English twist
OLLINS restaurant the cuisine is French and Traditional English with a modern twist cooked without a microwave to a very high standard by Head chef Dominique Garcia (a protégée of Marco Pierre White).
Ingredients are fresh and well sourced on a daily basis, fish from Billingsgate, meat from local butchers of Chelsea and vegetable at market. All our soups, terrines, pies, sauces and desserts are made in house, in fact the only two things we do not make at this moment are our breads and ice creams. Wine list is not of the usual however we offer a well-balanced list of wines that hits the spot. The Décor is all candles, gilt mirrors with chandeliers that adorn a romantic timeless setting.
For atmosphere, price, service and taste we are second to none. To conclude OLLINS is a dinning experience awaiting its full recognition.
