OLLINS restaurant is Fine French traditional cuisine with a modern take.
The excellent execution is the food we cook & serve comes from Monsieur Tierou a head chef trained to Michelin standard.
Ingredients are fresh and well sourced on a daily basis. All our soups, terrines, sauces and desserts are made in house, in fact the only two things we do not make at this moment are our breads and ice creams. The Wine list offers more than the usual. The decor is all candles, gilt mirrors with chandeliers that adorn a romantic timeless setting. The waiters are Monsieur Porter, Goodman, Foxy, James, Bowlly, the maitre de is Madame Fitzgerald!

Dinner is available from 6:00PM for "Pre-Theatre" only on a booking bases.
OLLINS restaurant is open for private/corporate luncheons. A High Tea Service coupled to Hot&Cold Buffet during the day. We also come to you in the form of hospitality/Corporate.
